In this section you will find data about home listings and home sales in Washington, DC and Northern Virginia. I typically update the charts on a monthly basis around the 15th of the month, using information taken from the D.C. area’s multiple listing service.

Please keep in mind that due to the way aggregate data is presented in the multiple listing service, it is possible that there is a small percentage of duplicates in the transactions counted, however, that should not affect the accuracy of the depiction of the state of the market tracked.
